杂蔬火腿面包卷

  • 黄油30g
  • 酵母3g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 杂蔬80g
  • 火腿肠1根
  • 芝士片2片

Steps to make 杂蔬火腿面包卷

  • 1.先把液体材料放入面包机中
  • 2.然后放入粉类材料,先在2边分别放糖和盐,接着放面粉,最后中间挖个小窝放酵母
  • 3.后油法,就是面团成型后放切小的黄油,继续搅拌成一个柔软的面团
  • 4.将它揉到扩展状态,放在面包机里发酵,发酵需要40-60分钟至两倍大取出
  • 5.将面团排气,醒发15分钟
  • 6.把杂蔬汆水用厨房纸吸干水分
  • 7.火腿肠切小丁
  • 8.把杂蔬和火腿肠丁放入碗里,挤上色拉酱,加点黑胡椒粒
  • 9.搅拌均匀
  • 10.醒好的面团擀成正方形面坯
  • 11.在上面均匀抹上馅料再均匀地撒上芝士碎片
  • 12.然后卷起
  • 13.蛋糕模具里底、四周都刷上色拉油,把卷起的面包坯切等量的7段,排入蛋糕模具中
  • 14.放烤箱内,二次发酵60分钟后
  • 15.刷上蛋黄液
  • 16.烤箱预热180度, 20~25分钟烤制
