    Steps to make 霉苋菜杆

    • 1.苋菜杆去根去叶。
    • 2.用刀斩成段。
    • 3.冲洗干净。
    • 4.用水浸没过苋菜杆,大概浸个两三天左右,看温度。
    • 5.第二天,有点白花花了。
    • 6.第三天,捏上去能捏扁,有点软了,可以调味了。
    • 7.加入适量的盐,加水没过苋菜杆,盐的量可以按自己平时吃的咸淡口味调,比平时吃的稍微咸上点就可以,想快点吃的可以加点小苏打,不过加了小苏打只能吃个三四天,时间长了会空掉,个人建议不放小苏打。
    • 8.我做的多,这个是加了小苏打的,空的比较快,一两天马上就入味能吃的。
    • 9.这个不加小苏打的,还用去年的老臭卤臭了豆腐干,蒸的双臭(吃完苋菜杆剩下的卤可以密封留着,可以臭毛豆,南瓜,豆腐干)。
