Steps to make 酸菜炒大肠

  • 1.新鲜大肠用面粉洗第一次后用水冲洗干净,翻面把脏的肥油剥出来然后倒入陈醋洗第二次后翻回,完毕之后用清水洗净。
  • 2.锅里加水和花椒、姜片大火烧开。
  • 3.放入大肠煮二十分钟左右。
  • 4.捞出来。
  • 5.切成小段。
  • 6.准备的青红椒,泡姜和自制酸菜。(需要做法私我)
  • 7.青红椒斜刀切。
  • 8.酸菜切成小段。
  • 9.锅里放适量油烧热(大约六七成热),放入青红椒炒两下。
  • 10.倒入酸菜和泡姜翻炒。
  • 11.倒入大肠翻炒,调入适量的盐继续翻炒一分钟左右关火装盘。
