Steps to make 葡萄干蛋糕

  • 1.食材称重备好。
  • 2.蛋黄和蛋清分离。
  • 3.蛋黄放入玉米油和一半量的糖拌匀,加入牛奶拌匀。
  • 4.筛入面粉。
  • 5.Z字形翻拌,翻拌均匀无颗粒。
  • 6.蛋清用打蛋器打成大泡,滴入柠檬汁,加放剩余一半量白糖。
  • 7.再次搅打成细密的泡泡,再加放一次糖。
  • 8.高速搅打,提起打蛋器有小尖角,表明蛋清已经打发好。
  • 9.取1/3蛋清放入蛋糊碗里,翻拌均匀,再加入1/3蛋清再次翻拌均匀。
  • 10.将翻拌好的蛋黄糊倒入蛋清里翻拌均匀。
  • 11.蛋糕磨具底部放入一半量的葡萄干,将蛋糕糊糊倒入,震出气泡。
  • 12.表面撒上葡萄干。
  • 13.烤箱预热,将蛋糕糊糊放入烤箱,上下火150度,烤45分钟。
  • 14.期间,表面上色后加盖锡纸保护。
