Steps to make 凉面

  • 1.把买回的面条煮熟,用凉开水冲凉,拌上花椒油抖散放凉。吃时装入盘中。

  • 3.取一蒜臼,放蒜、盐、白糖、味精捣成蒜泥。大蒜只有加盐捣成蒜泥后,才能充分释放出大蒜的香味。
  • 4.捣好的蒜泥。
  • 5.在捣好的蒜泥中放入适量凉开水、生抽、陈醋、花椒油和香油,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 6.把豆角丝码在面条上。
  • 7.淋上蒜泥汁水。
  • 8.调入油泼辣子。
