今天不用麻薯预拌粉,来做抹茶蜜豆味手指麻薯、蔓越莓红丝绒香草味手指麻薯。做法简单,只要拌一拌,接着烤一烤,手指麻薯就完成啦,软糯又甜蜜,还不快来试试。

  • 牛奶75克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 玉米油15克
  • 抹茶粉4克
  • 红丝绒液10滴

Steps to make 超简单双色手指麻薯,拌一拌,烤一烤,软糯甜蜜,还不快来试试。

  • 1.我们先做一份抹茶面糊,先取抹茶粉4克加入玉米油15克。
  • 2.因为抹茶粉是油溶性的,所以非常容易化开,搅拌均匀化开备用。
  • 3.把糯米粉100克、牛奶75克、鸡蛋1个、混合好的抹茶液,全部混合均匀。
  • 4.感觉面糊有点干,所以再加10克牛奶,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.搅拌到提起面糊、呈缎带滑落即可。
  • 6.放入蜜红豆适量,混合均匀。
  • 7.混合均匀后装入裱花袋备用。
  • 8.挤成圣诞树状或者长条状都可以。
  • 9.再做一份红丝绒面糊,所有原料不变,去掉抹茶粉,加入红丝绒液10滴即可。
  • 10.全部混合均匀,呈缎带滑落即可。
  • 11.蜜红豆换成用朗姆酒泡软的蔓越莓碎。
  • 12.混合均匀后装入裱花袋备用。
  • 13.在烤盘上挤成各种形状,一般是拇指状,条状、圆形等等。
  • 14.烤箱180℃提前预热,烤制20-25分钟。
  • 15.双色手指麻薯完成O(∩_∩)O
