黄瓜木耳拌海蜇

  • 盐渍海蜇1包
  • 小黄瓜3条
  • 木耳5-6个
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 5-6瓣
  • 葱花2大匙
  • 1大匙
  • 芝麻油2茶匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 生抽2大匙
  • 陈醋3大匙
  • 2茶匙

Steps to make 黄瓜木耳拌海蜇

  • 1.盐渍海蜇用水泡去盐份,换水4-5遍。
  • 2.胡萝卜切小条。
  • 3.小黄瓜切条。
  • 4.放1茶匙盐拌匀,腌30分钟,杀杀水份。
  • 5.过一遍纯净水,挤干水份备用。
  • 6.烧一锅开火,把胡萝卜烫约2分钟。
  • 7.木耳烫约5分钟。(木耳预先泡发,忘记拍照了。)
  • 8.关火,等锅里的小稍降温,约摄氏80-90度时,把海蛰快速氽烫5秒。重复一遍是5秒!!!千万不要烫过头了,否则吃橡皮筋了哈。
  • 9.放凉水泡一下,保持脆度。
  • 10.把木耳,胡萝卜,黄瓜和海蜇放在大碗中。
  • 11.蒜剁末。
  • 12.热油锅,把蒜爆香。(我家不习惯生蒜。)
  • 13.放生抽,陈醋和糖煮开,关火。(酱汁根据自家的味道调。)
  • 14.放入葱花拌匀。
  • 15.把酱汁倒入大碗里拌匀。
  • 16.放冰箱30分钟以上即可开吃了。
  • 17.爽脆开胃。
