  • 1.鸡腿洗净蒜子洗净
  • 2.将鸡腿蒜子倒入锅里翻炸一段时间(炸到外面皮有点焦就可以了,注意要不停翻炸)
  • 3.放入八角橙皮花椒继续翻炒,炒出香味
  • 4.对适量水,放入香叶,尖椒,少量生抽,味精,盐,糖,黄咖喱粉多一点开小火烧一段时间(帮助鸡腿快速烧熟入味)
  • 5.汤汁收的差不多的时候开大火翻炒一下,关火撒上切好的蒜丁就完成了
