Steps to make 银耳梨子汤

  • 1.银耳提前泡发洗净,剪碎,再次洗净。
  • 2.锅里放入足够的清水,放入银耳和乌梅。
  • 3.大火烧开后改小火煲四十分钟左右,银耳软糯。
  • 4.梨子去皮改刀。
  • 5.放入锅里,加上冰糖,继续煲十分钟。
  • 6.放入枸杞,搅拌均匀后关火(枸杞不适宜高温长时间煮)。
  • 7.清靓的汤水。
