    Steps to make 栗子山药粥

    • 1.大米淘洗干净后,放一汤匙植物油适量精盐,拌匀腌渍30分钟。
    • 2.栗子用刀在顶部切十字口。
    • 3.栗子煮熟后剥皮,大枣洗净备用。
    • 4.锅里天足够清水,水开后倒入腌渍好的大米。
    • 5.大火煮开后,倒入栗子、红枣,小火炖制30分钟。
    • 6.山药去皮后,切滚刀块。
    • 7.把切好的山药倒入锅里,小火煮20分钟即可。
