Steps to make 芦笋炒夏果

  • 1.芦笋洗净,削去根部的老皮备用
  • 2.夏果洗净沥干水份备用
  • 3.锅入适量水烧开倒入黑木耳焯熟备用
  • 4.炒锅入油烧热后、关小火,倒入夏果慢火炸熟,捞出沥干油
  • 5.芦笋、红椒、蒜瓣、黑木耳全部切好装盘备用
  • 6.炒锅热油,将芦笋、黑木耳、红椒、蒜瓣一并倒入,大火快速翻炒片刻
  • 7.加一小勺开水和适量盐炒至芦笋断生,在调入适量鸡精调味
  • 8.出锅前倒入夏果和芦笋炒均,盛盘即可。
