Steps to make 番茄虾仁意面

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将虾仁洗净放少许盐,1勺料酒腌制。
  • 3.将洋葱和番茄切碎备用。
  • 4.水烧开放入意面,加少许盐,煮9分钟左右(时间自己掌握,可以尝尝,没有硬芯就可以了)。
  • 5.意面过凉水备用。
  • 6.起锅放油,先把虾仁炒熟盛出备用。
  • 7.在起锅放油先放洋葱炒软,在把番茄放进去翻炒,炒至汤汁变多,放入1勺生抽,1勺蚝油,少许盐调味,最后放入虾仁搅拌均匀。
  • 8.放入意面和少许黑胡椒翻拌均匀,让意面和酱汁相互融合在一起。
