寿司DIY
一直想要做的,不过从来没有动过手。这次过来的时候,家里有大整张的紫菜片,本想给潘潘带了,让她做的。结果她身体不好,休假了。忙了一周,想想周末咱也休闲一下,DIY寿司好了,就自己动手做了。
这个寿司呢,很简单,很多人都做过了,偶们也算是跟跟风吧。

    Steps to make 寿司DIY

    • 1.这些都是准备的材料啦。
    • 2.这个是偶DIY的寿司醋,按照比例(盐、糖、白醋按照1:5:10),加热烧热,待盐和糖全部溶化,又不能将白醋烧开,因为说是会产生什么化学反应。醋烧热了的味道真是不好闻,感觉刺鼻的,本来就不喜欢吃醋。
    • 3.煎鸡蛋,哈哈,水平有待提高,不过这可是正宗苏北草鸡蛋,我二姨从我过年回家就准备好了给我。
    • 4.将火腿肠、黄瓜、鸡蛋皮、大根都切好待用。
    • 5.已经拌好了寿司醋的米饭,米饭煮的有些烂,拌上寿司醋就更加粘了,下次要注意米饭煮硬一点。一开始按照寿司醋、米饭1:6的比例拌好的,可能是因为还有点热,味道比较重,我觉得有点酸,没办法,本来就不能吃酸。所以又加了一些米饭,结果凉了之后就觉得醋味不足,寿司醋的味道不是很重,有点淡了。
    • 6.铺好了Y(^o^)Y    这个还是要注意的,因为紫菜片比较脆,很容易破,米饭有点粘,如果放的不好要动就会把紫菜片弄坏,第一个就是比较失败的。后来发现了小窍门,就好多了。
    • 7.卷起来等一下,定型。
    • 8.侧面也来一张。
    • 9.第一个卷好的半成品,(⊙o⊙)…有点难看,紫菜片有点破裂。
    • 10.唉,本来一把好好的品牌刀,被隔壁的家伙砍肉砍的,钝得不行,又没人磨刀,只能切成这样了。
    • 11.正面亮个相~~米饭还是太黏糊了。
    • 12.这个是后来发现了窍门,也可以算是熟能生巧,这个就是比较成功滴。
