    Steps to make 盐烤秋刀鱼

    • 1.将秋刀鱼洗净。
    • 2.身首异处,虽说秋刀鱼的内脏下酒,风味绝妙,但我还是觉得腥,所以去掉了内脏。
    • 3.撒上少许盐(它本身也有咸味,所以盐只要一点点),两面烤到金黄就可以了。
    • 4.魔芋块也撒了些许盐在锅里烤了一下。
    • 5.吃的时候挤些柠檬汁上去,即可去掉些腥味又可提升鱼的鲜味。
