Steps to make 熊猫饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块,放入大碗中,室温下软化,筛入糖,揉匀。
  • 2.筛入面粉,加入全蛋液。
  • 3.揉成光滑面团,刚开始会觉得有点干,等黄油和面粉充分混合了之后就可以揉成团了。
  • 4.将面团分成75克,120克,140克各一份,并分别加入可可粉,玉米淀粉,抹茶粉。
  • 5.揉成均匀面团。
  • 6.将可可粉面团分成12克1份,17克4份。玉米淀粉面团分成20克,40克,70克各一份。抹茶粉面团15克,130克各一份。
  • 7.将所有面团揉搓成长20厘米的长条。
  • 8.将40克的玉米淀粉面条压扁,在中间放上12克的可可粉面条。
  • 9.将20克的玉米淀粉面条擀平,盖在主体上并包裹紧。
  • 10.将两条17克的可可粉面条轻压一下,放在主体两边做熊猫眼睛。
  • 11.将70克的玉米淀粉面条擀成片。
  • 12.将面皮盖在主体上,将左右和上边包裹紧。
  • 13.将15克的抹茶粉面条压扁,放在主体的正上方,另外两条可可粉面条放在两侧做耳朵。
  • 14.将130克的抹茶粉面条擀成薄片,将主体四周包裹均匀。
  • 15.包裹上保鲜膜,放入冷冻室30分钟后取出,切成约5毫米左右的薄片。
  • 16.烤箱预热140度,烤10分钟左右即可。
