    Steps to make 【金枪鱼饭团】

    • 1.准备金枪鱼罐头(我用的是油浸金枪鱼罐头)、西兰花几朵。
    • 2.西兰花焯水后过冷水。
    • 3.准备一碗米饭晾凉。
    • 4.将西兰花攥干水分用剪子剪的更小些。
    • 5.将金枪鱼罐头捡出,加少许生抽、老抽拌匀。
    • 6.平底锅加热少许油炒制一会,至罐头水分蒸发一些。
    • 7.将金枪鱼、西兰花、芝麻、黑胡椒加入米饭中拌匀。
    • 8.用保鲜膜或保鲜袋团成圆形的饭团即可。
