Steps to make 丝瓜蒸蛋

  • 1.碗中磕入两个鸡蛋。
  • 2.加入适量的盐和鸡蛋等量的水调匀,除去浮末。
  • 3.丝瓜小半截,切小块。
  • 4.少许枸杞(需洗净)。
  • 5.把丝瓜和枸杞均匀放在鸡蛋液上。
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜,扎几个小孔,可以起到透气的作用。
  • 7.中小火炖二十分钟左右就熟了。
  • 8.成品。浇上热油和少许香油,清淡又营养。
