梨性凉,味甘,微酸。能生津止渴,清热泻火,滋阴润肺,止咳化痰,除烦润燥。

Steps to make 甜杏仁枸杞蒸梨

  • 1.甜杏仁10克洗净,挑出变色不好的杏仁,加水浸泡10分钟。
  • 2.梨洗净,去皮,切小块。
  • 3.将泡好的杏仁放入碗中(我家四个人,一人一碗)。如果人少,杏仁的量要减少至3到5克。
  • 4.放入梨块。
  • 5.放入适量冰糖(也可以蒸好后晾温加入蜂蜜)。
  • 6.放入少许枸杞。
  • 7.加入5汤匙水。
  • 8.放入锅中蒸15到20分钟。
  • 9.趁热吃完。
