  • 1.芹菜洗净焯水后,过凉水切碎攥去水分备用,猪肉切碎,加入除热油外所有调料。
  • 2.油烧开浇入拌匀。
  • 3.白面600g+温水+酵母6g和成白面团,温菠菜汁+酵母2g+面粉200g和成绿面团,隔着温水发酵40分钟。
  • 4.芹菜包之前放入肉馅中拌匀。
  • 5.两个白面团,一个绿面团排气后搓长条,侧面抹点水,滚成条。
  • 6.分成小剂子。
  • 7.揉匀,再擀皮。
  • 8.包好。
  • 9.放入蒸屉再次发酵15分钟。水开记时蒸16分钟关火,再等3分钟开盖。
  • 10.包子成品。
