Steps to make 酸辣柠檬凤爪

  • 1.鸡爪剁成3份。
  • 2.冲洗干净。
  • 3.放入锅里,加入花椒,姜和料酒,水开煮10分钟。
  • 4.放在流水里冲,冲掉表面胶质。捞出来控干。
  • 5.鸡爪放进干净容器里,加入冰水泡着,我用的纯净水,又放了一个冰袋进去。
  • 6.鸡爪泡着,准备其他材料,柠檬切片去籽,百香果只留果肉,香菜洗净切碎,小米辣和蒜切碎。
  • 7.把上面材料混合,加入醋,生抽,糖,香油,搅拌均匀做成浸泡汁,不用加水!醋和生抽的量根据口味自行调整。后来我又放了一点葱姜。
  • 8.放入鸡爪搅拌均匀。汤汁不用完全没过,淹过一半就可以了。
  • 9.封上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏,隔一会儿搅拌一下,入味均匀。4到5个小时就可以吃啦!可以不时尝一下,觉得味道差不多就可以了。
  • 10.酸辣柠檬凤爪。
