圣诞树桩蛋糕

Steps to make 圣诞树桩蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分离
  • 3.牛奶玉米油用手抽搅拌至乳化
  • 4.蛋黄一个一个加,搅拌均匀了再放另一个蛋黄
  • 5.筛入低粉搅拌均匀有光泽
  • 6.搅拌好的蛋黄糊
  • 7.蛋清加少许盐打至粗泡加三分之一糖粉
  • 8.蛋清打发至长条不断的情况下再加三分之一糖粉
  • 9.蛋清打发至湿性发泡,小弯钩再加入三分之一糖粉
  • 10.蛋清打发至硬性发泡
  • 11.放入筷子不倒的话就说明打好了,这时烤箱上下温120度预热
  • 12.取三分之一蛋白放入蛋黄糊搅拌均匀
  • 13.把搅拌好的蛋黄糊再倒回蛋白中搅拌
  • 14.放入八寸圆模中,放桌面上震出大气泡后,放入烤箱,上下温120度烤70分钟
  • 15.烤好震二下倒扣一晚上
  • 16.600克奶油加巧克力粉20克,加糖粉40克打发备用
  • 17.50克巧克币加热溶化后倒入50克没打发的奶油搅拌均匀
  • 18.甘纳水常温后倒入打发的奶油中
  • 19.搅拌均匀
  • 20.蛋糕片抹上奶油放上草莓块
  • 21.依次三层抹好,四周也抹好
  • 22.用牙签画出树桩的轮廓
  • 23.草莓去蒂,三分之一处切开
  • 24.另取150ML奶油加10克糖打发,一半加绿色素,一半挤出雪人的手和脸,眼睛用芝麻粘上
  • 25.雪人做好后放到蛋糕上,多余的白奶油挤点小雪球,绿色的挤上叶子装饰,插上插牌,撒上防潮糖粉
