以前做过剁椒鱼头很是美味,清蒸鲈鱼总感觉缺少了些味道,为了健康养生饮食又不想淋熟油,就用了剁椒蒸鲈鱼这种方法,方法简单快捷,做出来无油低脂,相当的美味~~~

Steps to make 剁椒蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.葱姜切细丝,再切几片姜备用。
  • 2.鲈鱼清洗干净,鱼鳔不要扔掉,洗干净后蒸出来也很筋道美味的。
  • 3.鱼身上划几刀,放少许盐,料酒,蚝油,涂抹均匀入味。
  • 4.盘子里放几个葱段,支撑起鱼,这样更易熟入味。
  • 5.把鱼放到盘子里,撒上葱姜丝,鱼肚里放上姜片。
  • 6.取几勺剁椒酱淋在鱼身上,腌制10分钟入味。然后冷水上锅蒸,水开后再蒸10分钟,关火焖2--3分钟出锅。
