无基础超简单可可饼干
这款饼干做过好几次了,孩子很喜欢,制作也简单,也不耗时,好东西要和大家分享。原方来自孟老师100道饼干。个人感觉90克糖有点甜,就减少了糖量,用了70克。原方是黄砂糖,家中没有,改用了普通白糖。巧克力豆由原方的110克减少成80克。此方做一共做了21片。

  • 全蛋50克
  • 低筋粉150克
  • 无糖可可粉15克
  • 耐高温巧克力豆80克
  • 小苏打粉1/2t

Steps to make 无基础超简单可可饼干

  • 1.80克黄油室温软化,加入70克白糖,用打蛋器打发。也就是打至黄油膨松。
  • 2.黄油与糖充分溶合,分三次加入50克全蛋液,每次加入要快速充分打发。至到变成图片上的糊状。
  • 3.将低筯粉150克、15克的可可粉、1/2小匙的小苏打粉全部混合过筛。
  • 4.加入80克巧克力豆。
  • 5.用刮刀以不规则的方式切拌成的面团,千万不能顺一个方向搅拌,以免面团起筯,饼干不酥。把面团用保鲜膜包起放冰箱冷藏,松驰半小时。
  • 6.取出面团快速分成均匀小剂子,揉成小球状,每个20克左右,放烤盘中,用手掌轻轻压平。中间预热烤箱上火180度,下火160度,放烤箱中层烤20分钟,关火焖10分钟左右。
  • 7.取出放烤架上晾凉,装罐。
