  • 2.粉色少女甜甜圈 材料:蛋3个(大约180克) 糖90克 低筋面粉105克 玉米油25克 淡奶油45克 装饰:草莓巧克力 橙香巧克力 糖珠 烘焙模具:学厨12连模花样甜甜圈模具 烘焙时间:160度20分钟中层
  • 3.淡奶油和玉米油隔温水搅拌好
  • 4.将鸡蛋和糖隔温水搅拌融化
  • 5.然后用电动打蛋器打至面糊划8字不会马上消失的状态
  • 6.分2次筛入低筋面粉
  • 7.用刮刀从底部以J字手法拌匀、最后将淡奶油倒入继续拌匀
  • 8.装入裱花袋然后挤入刷油的模具7分满就好
  • 9.烤箱中层烤上色,大约20分钟左右就好
  • 10.将草莓巧克力、橙香巧克力分别装入小碗隔热水融化
  • 11.淋上撒上糖珠装饰,待巧克力凝固即可
