  • 1.原料图
  • 2.皮蛋入锅煮熟
  • 3.青椒和胡萝卜洗净切丝,青椒切的条大一点,干辣椒和大蒜切碎
  • 4.锅内入油和蒜末炒香,先入青椒炒一会儿
  • 5.再入胡萝卜同炒至熟,调入盐和鸡精盛盘备用
  • 6.皮蛋剥去外壳,用细线呈十字刀形状把皮蛋分割成若干份,摆放在青椒上面
  • 7.重新起锅,入适量油和大蒜、干辣椒炒香,放入糖、盐、生抽和葡萄酒小火烧开,没酒的可加些水代替
  • 8.把这个料汁淋入盘中即,最好淋在皮蛋上多一点,这样皮蛋吃起来会很香。
