椰香南瓜凉糕
南瓜营养丰富,可以做各式点心,本来想炸个南瓜饼的,想想火气重,还是做个南瓜凉糕吧!清凉可口,最适合这热天了!

  • 藕粉75g
  • 粘米粉50g
  • 澄粉25g
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 牛奶200g
  • 200g

Steps to make 椰香南瓜凉糕

  • 1.南瓜去皮切片放碗里隔水蒸至软烂。
  • 2.将蒸好的南瓜以及除椰蓉以外的所有材料放入料理机
  • 3.打成细腻的浓浆。
  • 4.取一耐热容器,涂上薄薄一层食用油防粘,将1/3的南瓜泥浆倒入,放入烧开水的蒸锅,中火蒸7-8分钟。
  • 5.再打开锅盖,将另外1/3的南瓜泥浆倒入蒸7-8分钟。最后再倒入剩下1/3的南瓜泥浆,蒸12分钟。
  • 6.蒸好后定型成糕状,稍冷放入冰箱冷藏凉透。
  • 7.用小切四周划一下,脱膜,切出小块
  • 8.将切好的凉糕在椰蓉里滚一滚,使表面均匀粘上一层椰蓉,就OK了。
  • 9.切小块又可以带给小朋友们分享了!
