Steps to make 蔬菜营养粥

  • 1.提前将白粥煮好,黑木耳泡发备用,其他的食材都洗干净准备好
  • 2.小白菜、金针菇、黑木耳分别焯水切碎
  • 3.红萝卜去皮后切薄片
  • 4.热锅冷油把胡萝卜煸炒一下
  • 5.把西红柿加入继续翻炒
  • 6.再把焯过水的黑木耳、小白菜、金针菇加人锅内,加入一克盐翻炒均匀
  • 7.将翻炒好的食材全部加入煮好的白粥内再煮5分钟
