    Steps to make 猪肉茴香包子

    • 1.普通面粉放入酵母粉混合,然后放入适量清水活成软硬适中的面团放温暖处发酵至两倍大。
    • 2.茴香洗净控水。
    • 3.猪肉馅适量,先加少许清水,超一个方向搅打开。
    • 4.放入黄豆酱油和生抽上色调味,然后放入香油,鸡精,花生油,盐,葱姜末,搅拌均匀。
    • 5.黑木耳提前泡发,去蒂洗净,杏鲍菇洗净切片,一起放开水里烫半分钟捞出切碎,挤出水分。
    • 6.和肉馅儿一起搅拌。
    • 7.茴香切碎,放入肉馅中,继续朝一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 8.面团发酵成功,加少许干面粉揉匀排气,分割成相等的剂子,擀成圆片。
    • 9.去适量馅儿,包成包子状。
    • 10.依次做好所有的包子,放入蒸屉里面二次发酵十五分钟。
    • 11.开火上汽后蒸八分钟,关火后等二分钟再开锅,防止表面回缩起皱。
