小酥肉也是我们这儿过年、酒席必不可少的当家过油菜之一。

    Steps to make 小酥肉

    • 1.猪肉我用的全瘦的,切成条。(也可以切成大片,用肉锤敲松。)
    • 2.取盆一个,放入猪肉条,加入料酒,盐,鸡精,白糖,生抽码味
    • 3.加入打散的蛋液拌匀。
    • 4.加入淀粉。
    • 5.搅拌均匀。
    • 6.锅放火上,添入适量油,五成热时下入挂好糊的肉条。
    • 7.待色泽呈柿黄时捞出沥净油即可。(如炸的是肉片,吃的时候再改成条状即可)。
