海鲜日本豆腐

Steps to make 海鲜日本豆腐

  • 1.原料图如图。
  • 2.姜磨泥,葱切末。
  • 3.日本豆腐切段。
  • 4.杂菜,海鲜,火腿,一起焯水捞出。
  • 5.锅里放半汤匙橄榄油,或者葵花油等味道比较浅的食用油。炒香姜末和葱花。倒杂菜炒均匀,兑高汤淹没食材。
  • 6.豆腐放进去,不要翻动,烧开小火炖十分钟。调味,盐,胡椒粉。
  • 7.再稍微熬下去一点水,让汤汁均匀,大概刚刚淹没所有食材。喜欢稠一点的就多收汁,喜欢稀的就少收汁。
  • 8.最后勾芡即可,芡不要太厚,也不能很薄,刚刚有点浓稠即可。
