蔓越莓花生牛轧糖
超级喜欢花生和蔓越莓的搭配,蔓越莓的酸甜口味中和了牛轧糖的甜腻,也为牛轧糖增添了一份喜庆的色彩。这次用的是南乳花生,个人感觉比原味花生更有风味。

  • 黄油80克
  • 棉花糖360克
  • 奶粉220克
  • 花生240克
  • 蔓越莓50克
  • 白芝麻20克

Steps to make 蔓越莓花生牛轧糖

  • 1.花生去衣后用擀面杖稍加擀碎并放入烤箱100度低温保温,蔓越莓也切成碎粒。
  • 2.取不粘锅,加入黄油,小火化开。
  • 3.倒入棉花糖。
  • 4.继续小火加热,用耐高温硅胶铲不停的搅拌,直至棉花糖全部溶化开始拉丝状。
  • 5.倒入奶粉。
  • 6.拌匀
  • 7.关火后,倒入保温的花生,以及蔓越莓和芝麻。
  • 8.继续拌匀。
  • 9.倒入不粘烤盘,如果没有不粘烤盘建议垫油布。用擀面杖隔油纸擀平整。
  • 10.稍凉微软的时候从烤盘中移出来。
  • 11.切成自己所喜欢的大小(我个人偏爱厚厚方正的模样)。
