  • 1.干海带提前用冷水泡发。
  • 2.黄豆洗干净用冷水泡发。
  • 3.排骨洗干净用凉水浸泡10分钟后入煮锅焯水后捞出沥干水。
  • 4.浸泡后的海带回刀。
  • 5.焯水后的排骨放入压力锅内胆。
  • 6.再放入海带。
  • 7.放入浸泡后的黄豆。
  • 8.添加葱姜、大料、柠檬片。
  • 9.再加适量水后将内胆放入压力锅盖上锅盖通电调至美容靓汤档炖。
  • 10.煮好压力锅排气后添加盐、白胡椒粉搅拌均匀5、6分钟。
  • 11.即可盛出享用。
