  • 1.鱼豆腐切片,蟹棒切段备用。
  • 2.内酯豆腐用刀划成小块备用。
  • 3.锅里倒入少许橄榄油。
  • 4.油热放入两勺蟹黄酱。
  • 5.把蟹黄酱炒散,炒出黄油。
  • 6.加入适量纯净水。
  • 7.下入鱼豆腐和蟹棒煮熟。
  • 8.再下内酯豆腐煮两三分钟,出锅时加一点点盐。
