Steps to make 自制草莓果酱

  • 1.最好选户外大地种植的草莓,日晒充足营养成分高。
  • 2.将草莓放入锅中加入冰糖,用中火熬。边熬边压碎草莓,在加热的情况下草莓很快变成汤汁。
  • 3.在熬制过程中不停的碾压,防止糊锅。待熬制浓稠时加入柠檬汁,作用一是保鲜,二是调味,三是保持草莓的颜色。
  • 4.加入柠檬汁后再重新熬制浓稠即可。
