前几天买了一罐剁椒回来,尝了下感觉实在不好。于是决定自己做剁椒。话说等自己做好才发觉不但简单,而且更香更美味。蒸鱼后的剁椒直接拌饭吃了

Steps to make 剁椒蒸黄瓜鱼

  • 1.瓜鱼去内脏去鳞洗净,然后在背部划三分之二深倒入啤酒和盐腌制15分钟
  • 2.将剁椒剁细码上
  • 3.蒜剁成茸摆在剁椒上
  • 4.放入烧开的锅中蒸10分钟左右
  • 5.取出淋蒸鱼豉油、撒香葱末
  • 6.最后浇上烧热的油即可
