番茄鸡肉米线
以前大学门口有一家米线小店,天天爆满,就是这种番茄味的,毕业后经常想起那时候的味道,所以就自己试着做。

Steps to make 番茄鸡肉米线

  • 1.腐竹、木耳、米线提前泡好,油菜、海带切段。忘记拍米线了。
  • 2.准备好香菜末和炸花生。
  • 3.鸡腿剁开用凉水浸泡一个小时去血水。然后凉水下锅,水开后撇去浮沫,放大料、姜片、葱煮至八成熟。
  • 4.放海带、木耳。
  • 5.煮开后放番茄酱和米线。
  • 6.米线煮熟后放腐竹和油菜,加适量盐、糖调味,喜欢的也可以放白胡椒粉。
  • 7.热腾腾的米线放上少许香菜末和花生米真的好香。这种乍暖还寒时吃起来真的很舒服。我家宝宝也很喜欢。
