圣诞节杏仁蛋糕
蛋糕冷藏1-2天后再食用,口感更佳,杏仁香味非常浓郁。使用的是圣诞蛋糕模具,模具是防粘的,非常好脱模,蛋糕的形状很漂亮,颜色美。

Steps to make 圣诞节杏仁蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所用的材料。
  • 2.鸡蛋加入细糖,用手持打蛋器搅拌至颜色变浅。
  • 3. 将粉类、盐混合过筛加入,用刮刀翻拌均匀至无干粉状态。
  • 4.将黄油隔水溶化后倒入面糊中,翻拌均匀呈浓稠状态,提起面糊滴落不会立即消失。
  • 5. 面糊分成4份,一份原味,一份加抹茶粉,一份加红丝绒液,一份加可可粉,分别拌匀。
  • 6.将面糊分别装入裱花袋中,入冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 7.面糊取出回温一会,按照自己喜欢的搭配,分别挤入圣诞蛋糕模具中, 8分满即可。
  • 8.烤箱,提前上火170度下火150度预热好,预热完成提示音响后模具放中层烤网,烘烤约25分钟。
  • 9.烘烤结束后模具取出,蛋糕直接顺利脱模,稍凉后按各自喜好装饰即可。
