可乐鸡翅
每次一看到碳酸饮料就想到骨质酥松,于是乎,每次家里有可乐的时候,就想把它煮了。尝试过可乐鸡腿、可乐排骨,这次做了经典的可乐鸡翅。果然,经典之所以是经典,因为它有其他同类无法超越的地方。鸡腿吧,虽然肉多,但比不上鸡翅的胶质丰富;这鸡翅吧,虽不如鸡腿有吃头,但是肉质细腻柔嫩。所以,可乐鸡翅就具备了香甜的气味和细腻的口感,确实值得一试!

  • 鸡翅中6个
  • 可乐一小瓶
  • 大蒜2瓣
  • 八角1个
  • 料酒2勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 生抽1勺

Steps to make 可乐鸡翅

  • 1.准备好原料
  • 2.鸡翅中洗净,沥干水分,加入一勺料酒、适量生姜粉(或姜末)和胡椒粉抓匀,腌制20min
  • 3.大蒜两瓣拍扁去皮,锅里倒少许油,油热后下大蒜和八角
  • 4.爆香后下鸡翅
  • 5.鸡翅翻炒至两面变色,倒入可乐,盖上锅盖,大火煮,不时给鸡翅翻个面
  • 6.待汤收一半的时候加入一勺老抽
  • 7.两勺生抽,继续煮
  • 8.煮到汤汁浓稠即可。当汤汁快要收尽的时候,由于可乐中含有大量糖分,会气泡变粘稠,并且颜色变深(跟炒焦糖一个原理),此时注意勤翻炒,避免糊锅
  • 9.装盘开吃~~
