芒果茶冻小丸子

  • 老红糖2块
  • 白凉粉40g
  • 清水800g

Steps to make 芒果茶冻小丸子

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.锅中加600毫升水烧开,水开后关火,将桔子红茶放进去浸泡5分钟捞出。
  • 3.再次将水烧开,小火将白凉粉倒进去。
  • 4.用勺子不停的搅动,感觉有浓稠感时关火。
  • 5.倒进容器中晾凉盖上盖放冰箱里冷藏1小时左右。
  • 6.锅中加200毫升水烧开,将老红糖放进去关火,用勺子搅拌红糖融化。
  • 7.晾凉放冰箱冷藏。
  • 8.碗中倒入适量糯米粉,用温水揉成团,团成大小均匀的丸子。
  • 9.锅中烧水,将糯米小丸子放进去小火煮至丸子飘起来焖5分钟关火。
  • 10.芒果从中间切开去核,用小刀横竖划上几刀,取下芒果肉。
  • 11.冷藏一小时后取出切成小块。
  • 12.取一小碗,将茶冻、芒果块和小丸子放进去,冷藏好的红糖水倒进去,撒上玫瑰花花瓣装饰。
