  • 胡椒粉和生姜粉各1g
  • 淀粉1+2g
  • 六月鲜轻盐原味酱油1勺
  • 味达美蚝油1小勺

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把新鲜蘑菇切去蒂和蘑菇柄(蘑菇柄别浪费可以做其他菜),冲洗干净放入盘中待用。
  • 3.把黑虎虾仁提前解冻,清洗干净后滤干水分,放入砧板上用刀背拍一下后剁成碎末,放入小碗中,加入料酒和胡椒粉,盐和淀粉,生姜粉搅拌均匀,静置15分钟左右。
  • 4.准备酱汁:原味轻盐酱油1勺,蚝油1小勺,鸡汁或鸡精1克,淀粉2克。
  • 5.把腌制好的虾滑用小勺依次嵌入至蘑菇中间,锅内加入适量水,放入虾滑盘,水开后10分钟即可。
  • 6.把蘑菇蒸出来的水倒入调料汁中搅拌均匀,准备小锅一个倒入调料汁,中小火搅拌黏稠即可倒入盘中。
  • 7.撒上灵魂伴侣香葱。
