麻辣干锅虾
在我家吃虾的几率还是比较高的,我跟老公都喜欢吃辣,所以也没少在虾身上下功夫,麻辣干锅虾算是我们俩都很喜欢的吃法,做法简单,但是需要借助一些调料,麻辣口味的调料,最好是粉状的,这样做出的虾更干脆,如果是用湿性的调料也是可以的,就是口感上会有一点不同,炒的时候加葱蒜,香菜是灵魂,必不可少,再有就是白芝麻,按这方法做出的麻辣虾既好吃又好看,分享日常做法,喜欢的朋友可以试试。

Steps to make 麻辣干锅虾

  • 1.北极甜虾冲洗干净备用。
  • 2.锅中倒入适量清水,烧开后放入甜虾焯烫至变色,捞出,用清水冲去浮末备用。
  • 3.来准备一下辅料,葱蒜,干辣椒,香菜洗净切段备用。
  • 4.起锅热油,放入葱蒜,干辣椒炒出香味儿。
  • 5.放入任意一款麻辣调料,我用的是粉状的麻辣香锅调料,炒香。
  • 6.放入北极甜虾,煸炒均匀,甜虾是可以生食的,又经过了焯烫,所以这里炒匀即可。
  • 7.放入香菜炒匀。
  • 8.关火,撒白芝麻,就可以出锅咯。
  • 9.这种做法虾皮都是酥脆的,可以不用剥,一口一个,超级过瘾。
