【青椒花腰子】

海南的冬天,温度不低,但是只要下着雨,由四面八方吹上岛的海风便会变得刺骨起来,海风携着雨水如闲云野鹤般在岛上漫步,那种阴阴的湿冷与其它南方城市的冬天有得一拼。

  • 青椒半个
  • 胡萝卜1小块
  • 干辣椒2个
  • 1小块
  • 3瓣
  • 料酒1匙
  • 生抽1匙
  • 葡萄酒半匙
  • 白糖1茶匙

Steps to make 【青椒花腰子】

  • 1.原料图
  • 2.青椒、胡萝卜切丁,干辣椒剪小圈,姜切丝,大蒜拍碎
  • 3.腰子洗净对半切开,把白色的筋挑出来,小心切到手
  • 4.接着切腰花,先斜着把两片腰花按1公分左右的距离用刀划开,不要划断,划的角度大约是45度
  • 5.再竖着按1公分左右的距离在斜刀的基础上小心划开,注意别切断
  • 6.最后按照自己想要的尺寸切断成块就可以了
  • 7.热锅下油,先把青椒和胡萝卜炒熟盛出备用
  • 8.另起一锅入油和姜、蒜、辣椒小火煸香后,倒入腰子转大火快炒
  • 9.调入料酒、白糖、生抽、葡萄酒继续翻烧至熟
  • 10.倒入原先炒熟的青椒和胡萝卜,调入盐和鸡精即成
  • 11.成品
