  • 1.鲫鱼收拾干净,姜切片。
  • 2.一勺猪油,放入锅里。
  • 3.小火化开。
  • 4.撒入花椒粒。
  • 5.放入鲫鱼,小火煎制。
  • 6.放入姜片,继续小火。
  • 7.给鱼翻面,两面都煎一下。
  • 8.食材放入汤锅。
  • 9.加入适量开水,再次开锅后,改小火炖煮。
  • 10.老豆腐切块。
  • 11.小火炖煮鱼汤。
  • 12.大概四十分钟左右后奶汤开始呈白色。
  • 13.倒入豆腐,继续小火炖煮十分钟。
  • 14.鱼汤基本就熬好了,放入少许盐即可。
  • 15.鲫鱼豆腐汤非常鲜美。
