芝麻香葱饼干
一直吃惯了甜饼干今天换下口味,做个咸味的芝麻香葱饼干,配料里加入了玉米油没有用黄油,低脂健康无负担。添加了熟芝麻口感很丰富,成品非常酥香,葱香味很浓郁。此配方的量可以做四烤盘,UKOEO猛犸象智能热风炉,型号E6050,超大容量60升。可四层同烤,非常适合商用或做私房烘焙。操作简单,上色非常均匀,再无需担心调不好上下火了,也不用担心底部会烤糊,成品颜色刚刚好,非常漂亮!

  • 酵母粉12克

Steps to make 芝麻香葱饼干

  • 1.香葱清洗干净沥干水分,选葱叶部分做饼干。
  • 2.把香葱切碎点。
  • 3.其他食材称好备用。(此配方可做四烤盘)
  • 4.面粉里加入盐。
  • 5.加入小苏打。
  • 6.倒入玉米油。
  • 7.倒入香葱。
  • 8.酵母粉用温牛奶(分量内)融化,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.面粉搅拌几下倒入酵母水。
  • 10.加入余下的牛奶
  • 11.加入适量的熟芝麻会更香(没有芝麻可忽略不加)
  • 12.和成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵40分钟。(和面的过程中就闻到了好香的香葱味)
  • 13.发酵好的面团。
  • 14.面团放在垫子上,擀成厚度约0.2CM的薄片。
  • 15.用刮板分切成均匀的小块。(余下的边角料再和成面团擀薄片)
  • 16.依次摆入烤盘中。
  • 17.用叉子扎出小孔。(扎孔一是为了烘烤时不鼓起,二是也更美观)
  • 18.放置一旁再次松弛15分钟。
  • 19.UKOEO智能热风炉烤箱提前预热:160度,烤15分钟。(烘烤的时候浓郁的香葱味~香飘满屋。)
  • 20.烘烤时间到。
  • 21.香气扑鼻的饼干出炉啦!
