Steps to make 骨汤海鲜粥

  • 1.一碗剩米饭,两碗骨汤,一碗清水。
  • 2.倒入电饭锅内,按煮粥键,煮至粘稠。
  • 3.大虾去壳,去虾线清洗干净,海参(提前泡发煮熟的),加胡椒粉和料酒腌至一会。待粥粘稠后倒入锅中煮10分钟。
  • 4.再加入切好的西兰花,胡萝卜,口蘑煮五分钟。
  • 5.加一点点盐调味,海鲜粥就做好了。
  • 6.早餐来一碗绝对满足一天的营养。
