传统清真小吃--炒疙瘩

Steps to make 传统清真小吃--炒疙瘩

  • 1.将面粉和黑麦粉混合后,放入碱面和盐,慢慢加入水合成面团(面团要活的稍微硬些)盖上保鲜膜醒30分钟。
  • 2.擀成0.5cm厚的大片。
  • 3.然后切成大约1cm的宽条。
  • 4.搓圆切成大小均匀的小疙瘩。
  • 5.做锅,水开后放入疙瘩煮熟(煮时多加入几次冷水,把心煮透防止夹生)。
  • 6.煮熟后捞出,过凉水沥干,备用。
  • 7.牛肉切成丁。
  • 8.冬菇泡发去蒂,切成丁;青、红柿子椒洗净切丁;姜切末。
  • 9.锅中倒入油加热,放入牛肉丁略炒,加入冬菇丁、青、红柿子椒丁,翻炒。
  • 10.放入姜末、煮熟的疙瘩、酱油、盐、味精,翻炒均匀。
  • 11.出锅前倒入香油即可。
