Steps to make 虾仁芦笋蟹味菇

  • 1.将基围虾去壳,用牙签在虾背上第二,三节中挑起虾线;
  • 2.在处理好的虾仁中加入生粉, 盐, 料酒和胡椒腌制一下;
  • 3.将整根芦笋下入加了少许盐和几滴油的开水中焯一下;
  • 4. 变色后捞出用冷水中过凉, 再切成小段;
  • 5.再下入蟹味菇在开水中焯一下;
  • 6.锅烧热后, 下入姜丝煸炒;
  • 7. 煸炒出香味后下入准备好的虾仁;
  • 8.虾仁翻炒变色后加入焯好的芦笋和蟹味菇;
  • 9. 翻炒几下后加入盐和胡椒调味,翻炒均匀;
  • 10.美味又瘦身的虾仁芦笋蟹味菇就完成啦。
