青椒培根比萨

  • 青椒1/2只
  • 培根4片

Steps to make 青椒培根比萨

  • 1.酵母用温水化开,面粉里加盐、橄榄油混合,分次加入酵母水并揉成均匀、光滑的面团;
  • 2.将揉匀的面团放入容器,并在容器表面覆盖一层保鲜膜,放温暖湿润处,待面团发酵至原来的两倍大时取出,把面团分割成相同份量的二个小面团,分别滚成圆形,盖上保鲜膜室温醒发15分钟;
  • 3.在等待面团发酵的时间里,制作比萨酱。将番茄、洋葱切碎,大蒜切茸;
  • 4.黄油入锅融化后,放蒜茸、洋葱爆香,加入番茄翻炒,待番茄炒软时加入盐、黑胡椒粉、罗勒叶、牛至叶调味;
  • 5.继续翻炒直到变成浓稠的酱汁时,关火;
  • 6.将面团压扁,用擀面杖擀成比萨盘大小的圆形。把比萨面饼放入比萨盘内,用叉子在面皮上均匀的叉满小洞;
  • 7.用勺子在面皮上均匀的抹上一层比萨酱,撒少许马苏里拉奶酪;
  • 8.将培根均匀铺在面饼上;
  • 9.再撒一层奶酪,铺上青椒圈;
  • 10.撒最后一层奶酪;
  • 11.将比萨盘放在烤盘或烤网上,送入已预热好的烤箱中层,200度上下火,20分钟左右待奶酪表面焦黄时即可取出。
