羊肉手工焖面
做焖面总喜欢用机制面条,其实手擀面做出来的焖面也是别有风味。

  • 羊肉片300g
  • 豆角200g
  • 西红柿1个
  • 老抽少许
  • 味精少许

Steps to make 羊肉手工焖面

  • 1.将面粉和成硬一点的面团,反复醒揉,擀成薄片。
  • 2.切成面条。
  • 3.切好的面条待用。
  • 4.炒锅放油烧热,放花椒炸出香味捞出,放入羊肉片煸干水分,放葱姜蒜炒香,放老抽上色。
  • 5.放入豆角,翻炒片刻。
  • 6.放入西红柿炒出汤汁,放盐、味精调味。
  • 7.加开水与菜持平,盛出小半碗汤汁。
  • 8.将火关小,放入面条。
  • 9.将面条摊平,加盖焖蒸10分钟左右。
  • 10.淋上事先盛出来的汤汁。
  • 11.用筷子将面条抖散。
  • 12.再加盖焖至汤汁收尽。
  • 13.翻拌均匀即可。
  • 14.成品。
