Steps to make 意式鲜奶酪-简单中演绎不凡

  • 1.动物性鲜奶油220克,鲜牛奶80克,细砂糖30克,吉利丁片5克(用冷水泡软)
  • 2.准备适量新鲜泥猴桃、火龙果、草莓、橙子、蓝莓果酱等你喜欢的水果搭配食用。
  • 3.吉利丁片用冰水泡上(尤其是夏季),温水会融化吉利丁的,导致最后拿不起来。
  • 4.动物性鲜奶油、鲜牛奶、糖倒入锅里。
  • 5.锅中火加热至沸腾,改小火煮并不断搅拌,使细砂糖溶解,关火。
  • 6.把用冷水泡软的吉利丁片放入锅里,
  • 7.搅拌使吉利丁片溶解
  • 8.将混合物过筛即成奶酪液
  • 9.将做好的奶酪液倒入模具
  • 10.盖保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上或过夜直到凝固。
  • 11.冰箱取出直接脱模放在盘子上。
  • 12.将新鲜水果切成小块,摆放在鲜奶酪周围,搭配食用。顶端淋上蓝莓果酱装饰一下。
